Slow network? Something going on, but everything seems to be configured correctly? Just can't locate the issue, but you know there is an issue. Time to find out what exactly is traveling to and from the computers on your network. There is no other way to know exactly what is traveling on the wires, than to capture every packet and analyze them. With this technique we have located viruses and obtrusive software consuming major amounts of bandwidth. This can identify old IP addresses that have not been cleaned out of a network after an upgrade or migration. When you are ready to give up, we are ready to start.
You may have a case where we have to leave capturing and logging hardware on site in order to analyze the data at a later time. Or you may have a situation where it takes longer than it should for a PC to log onto the network. This is something specific that we can duplicate, capture, and analyze.
